WNLC Bunker
Waterford, CT

This strange underground room was discovered by Zack and myself while we were looking for a rumored "abandoned Waterford neighborhood" (see Waterford Airport) and Christmas shopping.  We didn't have a clue what it was until we revisited it in 2006, and by rummaging in the stuff left behind, discovered that it was formerly part of WNLC, which is now owned by Hall Communications and based in Norwich.  It was pretty cool to discover because my dad was a jock on Kool101 from 2003-2012, which is a sister station of (and in the same building as) WNLC today.
